Scammed

I was scammed out of £50 which I paid because I thought I was dealing with Brittany direct from PayPal.

Can I claim this back from PayPal or i there another cause of action.

Depends how you were scammed, how you paid ie which paypal option did you use to send the funds and how you funded the paypal payment.
