I am blown away by all the people that's also got scammed while paypal has done nothing!! That's enough proof to me that they are all in cahoots together or either paypal is getting a % of the scammers money!

Then stop supporting the scammers by sending payments for goods or services via the friends/family option.

Paypal gives you buyer protection but you chose not to use it.

Why would paypal bail you out for your own mistake?

You sent a 'gift' of money to someone and paypal legally can't force them to return that gift.

If you have never been scammed then you don't know how easy you can be emtionally manipulated! I recently lost my furbaby, and I was vulnerable plus I have a big heart on choosing to believe people. They honed in real quick on it and played me like a fiddle! I WAS going thru goods and services and was declined. After speaking spiritually and sounded like she gave a damn, I began to trust her to the point of she sent me a driver's license that I found out later she's using fraudulently but at the time, I thought I could trust her. i DONT SUPPORT SCAMMERS!! I WAS UNAWARE AT THE TIME I WAS BEING SCAMMED! SO IF YOU NEVER HAVE BEEN, THEN DONT LECTURE ME ON HERE! HAVE A BLESSED DAY!

When you select friends/family then it tells you that there is no buyer protection.

Yes, I have been scammed, I kicked myself, learnt from it and moved on.

I did not blame my bank or card or payment processor, I blamed myself for my decisions.

I don't blame anyone but myself as well. It's embassarrasing as heck and humiliating, but I still want to put the word out here and I have turned it over to the BBB, and several others to have them stopped. There should be loopholes for the scammees to get compensated as well as the scammers finding loopholes in order to scam people for taking our money!
