Removing Credit card issue

Hello ,

i am trying to remove my Credit card but i receive this Message? " There's problem with your account. Please go to the resolution center so we can help you resolve this quickly." it was working normally and i add one and removed

I am sorry to know that you're unable to remove the card from your PayPal account. From the details that you've shared, it seems like your account is limited. If Limitations is placed on your PayPal account, which could restrict you from completing certain actions: such as withdrawing, spending, receiving money, adding or removing card/bank etc. An email is sent to explain the reason for the limitation and what needs to be done to resolve the problem. In this case, you will need to check the Resolution Center and submit the details if requested to resolve or lift the limitation then, our concerned team will review and once it is completed, our team get back to your with the results.
