So my paypal account got permanently limited, a sender then filed a dispute 'Refund not Received, buyer did not received the refund you agreed to.' May I know how long will it take till' paypal favors the buyer and refund them If not, when will the 'Escalate Issue to Paypal' button appear?

They can escalate to a claim at any time after 7 days post payment.

@kernowlass I was told that for claim, usually sellers are given 20 days, but they filed July 22, 2022 and I was only given time till' August 1,2022 to reply to. It said 'Due Date'. Does this mean they will automatically win as long as I dont reply?

When a buyer files a dispute they can escalate it at any time within 20 days as long as they paid more than 7 days previously.
Once its a claim the seller has 10 days on average to respond with tracking number etc before paypal review and make a decision.
The 10 days can be extended if the transaction is international or paypal request more information etc.
Advice is voluntary.
