Hi,
I bought an electric device that cost 1000$, the item was received but started doing problems after a few weeks.
Seller tried to fix it 3 times and was unsuccessful. Now it is the fourth time I contact him and I want to cancel the transaction.
The seller refuses to cancel and offers another "fix" or upgrade (which I don't want).
I'm still under the buyer protection period (less than 6 months since the purches).
Is this case covered under the buyer protection?
If so what type of dispute should I open?
Thanks.

PayPal covers significantly not as described claims according to:

If you paid by credit card, that could be an alternative option to get your money back.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
