I used my card to pay for a product where the seller used Paypal as the processor. I received no correspondence from the seller. The only confirmation that I received was from Paypal. I never received the item and have since realised that the company is untrustworthy. I have a transaction number for the Paypal transaction and had confidence in the purchase because it was being processed through Paypal.
How can I resolve this through Paypal? Or at least report them so that they cant continue to use Paypal to scam people?

If you need help for a guest buyer transaction then you can;
1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will help you.
OR
2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.
