Hi !
I understand I have some protection purchasing goods, from say the company not delivering etc, but how long does the protection last, when does it start?
Let me explain.
I am wanting to purchase some snowboard bindings from OutdoorXL it seems to be a solid company, but it will be a pre-order as they are expected to be released by Nidecker in September.
I have asked questions on shipping etc and I am in the UK and they will be shipped from the Netherlands.
If i pay for them now and they do not deliver September or something happens to the company, how do I stand getting my money back will I be covered by Paypal?
Or will Paypal they say it only covers from so many days from purchase date?
How do I stand with this please?
Thank you
Paul

As long as you start the dispute within 180 days you should be covered (terms and conditions apply of course).
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Thank you !
I've read that, not sure I get all of it!
As I see it, I should be covered ok as my purchase being 10/05/2022 i have got 6 months to dispute. (180 days)
They are planning to ship early September, so if their supplier delays I still have a few weeks within the 180 days to start a dispute and also give them a reasonable amount of time to get the stocks in.
Thank you
Paul
