Hi ! I understand I have some protection purchasing goods, from say the company not delivering etc, but how long does the protection last, when does it start? Let me explain. I am wanting to purchase some snowboard bindings from OutdoorXL it seems to be a solid company, but it will be a pre-order as they are expected to be released by Nidecker in September. I have asked questions on shipping etc and I am in the UK and they will be shipped from the Netherlands. If i pay for them now and they do not deliver September or something happens to the company, how do I stand getting my money back will I be covered by Paypal? Or will Paypal they say it only covers from so many days from purchase date? How do I stand with this please? Thank you Paul
