Provisional credit

Will I be receiving a provisional credit while my dispute for an unauthorized charge is being looked at? I know im 100% right.

Doubt that very much.

If you were hacked then paypal may cover you for an unauthorised transaction but not guaranteed, go read up on it in the user agreement for your country.
