Product exchange in China not a refund

Purchased wrong size. USPS’d back to merchant in China. I just want an exchange from 2 2XL pair of pants to 2 3XL pair of pant. I DO NOT WANT A REFUND.

That would be between you and the seller to sort out then.

If you win a dispute for item received but not as described the only option paypal give you is to return the item for a full refund.

Paypal don't get involved in replacements or part returns unfortunately.
