Problem with payment

Greetings So on March 2nd I made a payment for a service on Namecheap.com and I didn't receive the receipt for it in my email or even the actual product itself but I have a receipt in my bank statement that proves I did pay for it. I really confused I don't understand what happened or if this is the sort of thing you file with Resolution Center, any ideas on what could have happened or how to move forward?

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear a recent transaction didn't go quite as expected. If you see the transaction on your PayPal activity, you may want to see if you're able to open a dispute through our Resolution Center. If you only see the payment on your bank statement, I'd recommend reaching out to your bank to see what options are available for dispute.
