Hello ,
I bought a graphic card and instead of receiving a graphic card , i received a pepper spray.
I've sent letters to the transportation company , i reported to the police and when i saw that the seller wont refund me, i escalated my case on paypal .
After +one month they closed my case in sellers favor with this reason "The case was closed in the seller’s favor as you didn’t provide the requested documents."
I contacted PayPal and told them that i've sent every document that they asked , they told me that the graphic card is not eligible to buyers protection !
Then i asked them to give me the link to check , so here you can see the list of the items that are not eligible to buyers protection

Then i asked paypal , in what category does the graphic cards enter? Instead of answering at my question , he told me that :
"The back office has decided that this case has been closed as the item is not available for buyer protection
This has been removed by a teammate and this decision will not change"
PayPal didn't work for my money , "the back office" didn't work for my money ! But i've trusted them my money and they support the sellers , in fact there is NO BUYERS PROTECTION !
i am sure that my bank will refuse to help me , because i have a debit card ! they just take the money ,but if something bad happens , nobody cares !
