Paypal become SCUMMERS ? Yesteraday my cases (in chat hundreds of people wrote about the same problem) on Paypal against Etsy (they blocked my Etsy shop but took my money for the service they didn't provide) were closed with status: "The case was closed in your favor". But i did not receive any refund. PAypal support can't explain why it happened. The problem is that the case is closed in my favor, but I did not receive a refund and I can not do anything about it because of the statuson paypal : "the case is closed in my favor"!
