I bought an item on Ebay.de with Paypal.
I got the item and the size is not for me so what I did is open a return process on Ebay.
I got my return shipping code and post it via hermes. I paid return shipping cost as well.
Well that day a friend of mine told me I can got refund via Paypal including with shipping cost.
What I did is open a dispute on Paypal and wait for refund.
This is how everything got mussy because Ebay closed my return process and sent me an email which asked me deal with Paypal.
But my item is on the way to back to seller and I start spaking with the Seller on Ebay.
1- He told me that he couldnt pay me back on the Ebay system because system is closed for return process.
2- I spoke with Ebay help and they told me I should handle the return process with Paypal they cant help.
3- In the dispute I open on Paypal I explain everything and paypal closed my dispute without no refund.
4- I spoke Ebay help again to open return process so Seller can refund me and they told me its not possible. Paypal is the one I should speak. Or I should ask to seller if he can send my money via bank transfer.
5- I reopen dispute on Paypal and explain every single detail again and no help.
So what now? If no one help me how should I proceed?

Paypal no longer pays return shipping costs so you would have been better to have stayed with Ebay.
Paypal covers you for non receipt of item OR item received but not as described. However they do not get involved if the item was ''as described'' but just didn't fit you. That would be between you and the seller to sort out.
On Ebay you pay the return costs if you just want to return the item, or the seller pays if the item was misdescribed (which it was not), however your seller must have kindly agreed to a refund on return of the item back to them. Now you have closed the Ebay dispute then they no longer have to do that. As the paypal dispute was not appropriate then that one was closed as well.

But I have returned the item and Seller got it back.
How I'm gonna get my money back now?
Who is responsible for this? Ebay or Seller or Paypal?
When I speak with each of them no one would like to help.

Ebay and Paypal have dispute policies that you either did not follow / closed or was closed because you were not covered.
Anything now unfortunately is between you and your seller unless you funded your payment via a credit card in which case contact your card issuer and see if the will help you with a chargeback.

This is what you are telling me right? When you accidently open a wrong dispute on Paypal;
You lot your money? The cost of the product that I returned back to Seller now gone yes?
Also is this your clear suggestion? I need to speak with seller and beg him to pay me back? If I'm lucky maybe I got back the money?
Or I need to speak with the bank which Paypal connected with my payment? Beg them to cancel my payment?
That is definitely rediculous.
I'm not gonna use Paypal anymore.

I can only give you the facts on how Paypal works.
As for whether you use Paypal again or not it neither matters nor affects me at all.
Sorry I gave up my time to try and help you, sadly as a user like you on this forum I can't change paypal policy.
Shame you didn't come on here and ask before you started closing disputes, you made errors so move on and learn from it maybe?

Yes we do have lots of nice folks on the community asking questions and being grateful for advice received.
Then there is the odd one like you that spoils it and is rude to the 'volunteers' because they don't like the answer given.
No one here makes Ebay or Paypal policy but we all understand we have to work within those policies, just like every company you work with.
if you don't you may lose out so maybe take responsibility for your own mistakes like most folks on here do.
