PayPal put my Funds as a reserve for more than 180 days

PayPal hold a large amount as a reserve on 9 September 2022 without mentioning releasing date. no timeline, no precise info.

Now 180 days passed and nothing happened. NOTHING happened. my funds are still on hold.

I asked the Support to release my Money, and they told me the case is under review. 

the review takes longer and the hold now reaches 185 days. 

imagine you wait 180 days, day after day and you think they will lift the hold, then Nothing happened. to be honest, I am so disappointed.

I hope they resolve this case and give us a clear timeline with releasing date. this will help us to keep growing. and feel safe as PayPal users. 

Any help Please, what can I do to make them release my money? 

it is normal to wait 180 days and have no release?
