Hi. I am FREELANCER AND A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT HERE IN THE PHILIPPINES. I HAD A CLIENT WHO'S NOT PAYING ME AND FILED A CLAIM HERE COMPLAINING THAT I DID NOT DO MY JOB LAST JUNE 2020. THIS CASE WAS CLOSED UNDER MY FAVOR. NOW THE CLIENT REOPENED THE CASE AGAIN FOR THE 4TH TIME AND JUST CHANGED THE SUBJECT. NOW I CALLED PAYPAL FOR HELP BECAUSE IT'S STILL THE SAME CASE WITH A DIFFERENT SUBJECT LINE BUT PAYPAL PHILIPPINES REFUSED TO HELP ME. I'VE SPOKEN WITH 6 AGENTS TONIGHT WITH 2 SENIOR MANAGERS WHO SOUNDS LIKE THEY DON'T WANT TO HELP ME AT ALL. NOW, THEY WANTED ME TO SEND SUBSTANTIAL EVIDENCE AGAIN BUT NOT FROM THE CLIENT OR BUYER. THIS IS FRUSTRATING AS THIS IS CLIENT IS ALREADY PLAYING GAMES WITH PAYPAL'S LAW AND PAYPAL IS OKAY WITH IT. I AM SEEKING HELP IN THIS COMMUNITY FOR PAYPAL TO HEAR ME. THE AGENTS DOESN'T EVEN KNOW WHAT A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT DO. I HAVE NOT BEEN PAID IN FULL BY THIS CLIENT FOR MY SERVICES AND YET PAYPAL IS PUTTING A HOLD INTO MY ACCOUNT AND THIS CLIENT ONCE AGAIN IS ALREADY STEALING FROM ME. I AM APPEALING THAT THIS NONSENSE TO BE STOPPED. PAYPAL DOESN'T WANT TO HELP ME BECAUSE I'M A FILIPINO AND I'M UP AGAINTS A FOREIGNER. THIS IS SIMPLE COMMON SENSE AS THE CASE IS STILL THE SAME WITH A DIFFERENT SUBJECT. PLEASE HELP ME I AM WORKING DECENTLY AS A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT AND MY TRANSACTION WILL PROVE THAT TO THEM BU THEY ARE TURNING A BLIND EYE ON THIS BECAUSE I AM A FILIPINO AND THIS IS RACISM ALREADY. PLEASE HELP ME.

Based on the information provided, it sounds like you are being requested to provide information to a Purchase Protection claim. Here is a Help Center article with additional information on how to respond to the claim: How do I respond to a PayPal dispute filed by my buyer?. I advise to respond to the claim with any evidence or information you have. Typically, if no response is provided, the case can be closed and ruled in the buyers favor.
