Ordered shoes…was I scammed?

Thunder Wing (HK) Technology Co., Limited…scam! They took my money but I haven’t received any updates and it’s been over 2 weeks now. Can anyone help me? I’m beginning to think I was scammed by this company. I googled them before ordering and there were no red flags.

How did you do it?  I'm filling out the complaint and it's asking for a link and there isn't a valid link for them.

I didn’t have to upload any link. My first complaint was they hadn’t sent a tracking number then changed it to not the right product received.

No you can't go to the website.  You have to email them.  Below is the email I had to use to get answers.

I have also been scammed! I order what they advertised as ugg boots and slippers! I paid £88.09 as it said they had a sale on, Waited 2 & half weeks with no correspondence at all, on Friday I received a bag with no paperwork on with how to return or nothing and a pair of AWFUL slippers and terrible boots. They’re absolutely conning everyone!!!

How terrible! I hope you reported them by submitting a claim. I have submitted a claim so I’m hoping to hear something back soon!

I think I have been scammed as well. Ordered ugg boots on 12/26 and no information or shipping since! I am opening a claim

I was also scammed by Thunder Wing. Ordered off of Facebook ad for UGG slippers. I ordered on 12/6, finally actually received the package on 1/7.

I assure you they are not UGG's. They are called MERENCE, whatever that is!  Will never order anything from a FB ad again!  I can't find the ad on FB now so I can't report it on there.
