No status on shipment/ transaction doesn’t show on app.

Hello, So about a week ago I ordered an item on Pacsun website and I payed through PayPal. I got a email from paypal that I sent the payment, however won’t be collected once they ship or process order. I was just wondering if there is a tracking number or why they haven’t updated me on recon status.

I am sorry to know that you're unable to track the item. Please know that the tracking information will be shared by the merchant the item has been shipped. If you've not received the details from the merchant, you can certainly reach out to them and check for the item. If the merchant is not responding, you can certainly report the transaction with the help of this article: How do I open a dispute with a seller?
