I bought an item for $200 and never received it and I can’t get it refunded? Any help would be appreciated

Click the transaction and click “Report a problem” to file item not received report. If you do not get the item not received option, then you paid by friends and family or by some other payment type (donation) that is not eligible for buyer protection. You may consider doing a chargeback through your bank or card issuer if they’ll allow it.
