Ii have a negative balance in my paypal due to some misunderstood open of cases of some transactions some time ago, not a seller not a buyer here , and since I got in minus I received money wich disappeared to these minus transactions , this case with negative balance will soon close in my favour the question is , the funds that I received while negative balance , will I receive back after my balance will hit zero because the cases will be in my favour ?
Whilst in a negative, any received funds offset against the negative. If the case is filed in your favour for the negative case then you’ll receive a reimbursement of that cost. Hope this helps
