My account was invaded and a payment was made without my authorization

On last 2nd September at 12pm, I was suddenly surprised that my R$300 (account total) was being transferred to a bank account I do not know and have not confirmed.

I immediately opened a help case and requested the immediate cancellation of the transference and the immediate refund of my money.

When I opened the claim, the transference was ongoing and had not been completed yet with an estimated time of completion on 6/September - date when the transference has indeed occurred.

PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY!

I have reached the police and Brazilian authorities.

I need the complete data regarding the bank account that was the destination of the money transference so I can send the details to the police.

Welcome! I'm sorry to hear a transaction was completed without your authorization. I can understand how concerning that can be. Opening a case in our Resolution Center is definitely the first thing we'd recommend. From there, we would recommend keeping an eye on the Resolution Center or your email address for any updates. Unfortunately, we wouldn't be able to share any details regarding the transaction that aren't already in your PayPal Activity.
