Money on hold after dispute was closed

I had dispute with one of customers, he closed the dispute cause it was misunderstanding, my money was on hold and is still on hold 24 hours after dispute being closed, and im in negative balance bacause of this. any reasons why i cant get my money back?

Did you receive an email from us confirming the dispute was closed?
Usually the funds are released immediately and I would advise you to contact the customer directly and ensure the dispute has been closed.

Yes i got the email saying dispute is closed and any funds that were on hold should be released but its still not. and i cant contact live chat because theres no one ever available...

That's strange. In this situation, the best thing to do would be to contact our Customer Care department. You can do this by going to the ‘Contact Us’ link at the bottom of every PayPal page. You will then see what contact options are available to you.
