Anyone else having trouble with this seller?  I received the wrong item shipped from China, not USA as advertised; and they offered to give me 40% refund. It seems to me that they have some questionable business practices.  I am probably going to have to escalate my complaint with Paypal.

Same for me,i knew it was a bait and switch...supposed to get up to a 55% refund.Serves me right for being a dumb **bleep**.

After reading others comment I escalated to Paypal on 22 April. 1 question from PP, did I accept the $20 refund offered? I declined and the following day (26 April) PP emailed to say I would get a full refund. This was also for the 2 cheeseboards ordered, two crappy watches received. I am gobsmacked too, but in a good way. Intrigued as to PP differing responses to buyers.

I ordered 2 shelving units back in April and still not received them. Sent loads of emails with no reply. Contacted PayPal and the opened a case but closed it because the company has said its been delivered and that I should email the company again, so I have but still not heard of them. Getting extremely frustrated now, this is getting beyond a joke. Any advice please?

Hi, definately reopen the case and upload all your emails or anything saying it had been delivered stating that it was not delivered to you. Or if you have time please ring paypal this is what i had to do when they closedmy case in their favour, they said it had been delivered but i got a load of old crap. This company is now being looked into by paypal as I pointed out over 199 people on here had ordered one thing and got rubbish delivered. I had to do an affidavit form and had my money back within 2 days, the more cases raised and calls paypal receive about what they are up to. Get on the phone to them stating their own forum is full of people complaining. Keep us posted on how you get on and if you need anymore help shout me 🙂

Escalate thru PayPal.  The vendor will come back to PayPal and offer a similar part refund, make sure you decline.  I have just been advised of my full refund by PayPal
