JINZHOU NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED.
Clearly a Chinese based company that's laughing all the way to the bank, especially with "brother PayPal facilitating" their fairly complex efforts to relieve us of our cash.
"A FOOL AND HIS MONEY ARE SOON PARTED." I'M NOW LIKELY ONE OF THEM. THESE COMPANIES WITH SEVERAL DIFFERENT "SELLER AND BILLER" NAMES ARE HARD TO TRACK, but shame on PayPal!

I am mortified to say I fell this scam as well. 3 months with no delivery. A dispute was filed with PayPal, but because of the organization presenting them with a false tracking number from "China Post" I lost this dispute.

You could try contacting the carrier to find out where your assigned tracking number was delivered to or approach your bank. NatWest refunded me on my first incident immediately

It took nearly 4 months for my item to come but it wasn't correct. Their scam is well they sent it so Paypal is stuck but when you get your product it's not what you ordered, like AT ALL! Don't bother writing them back just submit a problem and attach pics and the email with the description of what you ordered. They refunded me twice but it wasn't quick, if they close it then write them over and over until they agree to reopen it. It will get refunded eventually.

I am still trying to push back with PayPal. Actually, this scammer (JINZHOU NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED) is doing business not only with PayPal but also with Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Diners Club International... What a shame!

I filed complaints. One of them was with econsumer.gov. The complaint will be accessible to numerous government agencies to investigate, uncover new scams, pursue regulatory or enforcement actions... This action is not on my own name... It becomes more pressing when more complaints are received about the same vendor. I invite you to do the same. I will also contact Visa, Mastercard, Discovery, etc. to inform them about the multiple complaints against this scammer.
