Clearly a Chinese based company that's laughing all the way to the bank, especially with "brother PayPal facilitating" their fairly complex efforts to relieve us of our cash.

 

"A FOOL AND HIS MONEY ARE SOON PARTED."  I'M NOW LIKELY ONE OF THEM. THESE COMPANIES WITH SEVERAL DIFFERENT "SELLER AND BILLER" NAMES ARE HARD TO TRACK, but shame on PayPal!

I ordered the same item from kagolyn in January, only to end up on PayPal case with SY Online Venture Sdn Bhd (Dominue) who is actually this jinzu company. I am writing to PayPal several times a week for 6 weeks!! And they have thousands of similar cases with identical modus operandi since a whole year!! I received a micro envelop with a bracelet in tin for the wrist of a 6 months old baby. Nothing to do with the 4 D anatomy kit. And there was my phone number on the label on the envelope, and a Chinese label was glued over a label with the same thing written in English, aka the original company is in an English speaking country who send it to you via China!! A very complicated scam where time is of the essence. 7 weeks from I made my order until I received this little envelope the size of a pack of cigarettes, thin like paper, completely ridiculous. PayPal should contact Chinese authorities against economic fraudsters also in Europe to stop it and put the guy in jail. Go to the website, there is only one man behind that company name , no FAQ, the company don't exist. No production details, nothing. It's a fake it only exist online. And it's very amateurish in it's making. They sell far too little things, very narrow sortiment, very few items, not making sense, heteroclite, such as kitchen things, anatomy thing, watch, a few toy... It's totally chaotic and unreal. They don't even have 30 items. Maybe 20. And it cover about 15 different companies names.. about one item by company with same modus operandi. PayPal pretend to not know as of its the first time when you open a case, and make you wait for weeks. While they know what is going on all along. It is by coming here that I realised it weeks ago and became so mad at PayPal. They say it's not their job to contact authorities but mine. Nope They are the financial authority in the twist and in the story and it's their responsability to contact Chinese police or governmental control of scam of that type and size, and the European and international institutions against financial crimes. This has been going on for a while year. You can trace it in this forum. This subject being the biggest one with 45 pages! I have craved to speak with a leader or CEO at PayPal buy they don't let me do so. I also asked to get an email to can send pictures and documentation but they don't give me one. When a client crave to talk to the person responsible in the case they must let me do it. But no they tell me to wait. I asked them what exactly they have been doing all this time, but they don't tell me. I have the right to know what action they have taken, if any, and if they talk to that company I begin to contact PayPal immediately after passing the order as I didn't received a tracking number, and I asked them to control the existence of that company and if they had any antecedent of doing scam.. Which PayPal should have anwered by yes red flag! We have already tons of open dispute with that company! But no they told me it was all fine, and to.. wait! For my parcel. Aka, PayPal participated actively to the scam instead to warn me. That's illegal. Right there they commited a criminal activity facilitating the scam or online criminality. Not good PayPal. If we make a lawsuit against you in this matter, you lose.

Who was you contact person during the issue? Was it Krystian? Or Sebastian? I would like to know so as I have also told them about people talking of the same cases with that company in their forum, but they didn't reacted to it. They know but pretend they don't. And it's not ok. Also I had read similar accounts of what happened to PayPal users who had begin a dispute there about this company scaming people, online on sites denouncing this scam, and had told PayPal in January already, but they didn't reacted by looking at it but from what you say they already knew do it doesn't go. Thid is incredible. It sounds like the PayPal scam.. Can you give me the name of your contact person during the dispute so that I can redirect them to them, so that it goes faster? Thank you!

This is exactly the same message that I had before Christmas. Don’t take any notice of it because they don’t do anything about it! I intend taking mine to the ombudsman and I hope other people do too because that’s the only way we’re going to get something done about the scammers

I've still had no word back from the company about these supposed new sends that they claim they have done. However, I've definitely got proof that they didn't send to my delivery address, thanks to escalating it with the Post Office, who delivered the original shipping label. Now I just need to wait for PayPal to get back to me.... cause I sure as hell know they won't get a reply from this fake company!

This company ripped me off. Ordered last aug. Evidently PayPal doesn’t take care of us.

I ordered a product back on December 2020, according to them and paypal the order was shipped to my address. Item was never received, I went to the post office, they look for the tracking number and the item was labeled to a different address. I never received the item, no refund for my money.

So just another update with where I am with this. After multiple attempts at trying to reason with PayPal over my dispute I had given up with this, but as I receive emails every day telling me that another unfortunate person has posted to this forum I made the mistake of coming back on here and reading that if I speak to a manager then they may be able to help. If not then I can take them to the financial ombudsman. I called the helpline and spoke a very friendly and helpful gentleman who took the details of my case and put me through to a manager. After being on hold for 20 minutes for the manager I hung up as I was told they would call me on the number on my account. Not too long after I got a phone call from a manager called Bart. He refused to give me his surname and I would be surprised if this is his real name but they say the calls are recorded so I would hope it is. I explained my situation and that this is a well known scam company and that I was hoping to resolve this speaking to him but I am prepared to go to the financial ombudsman because of how unfairly I feel I have been treated by PayPal. Brad then told me that they respect my decision to go to the ombudsman but I will not be getting any refund from PayPal. No discusion, no reviewing anything I had to say, just a flat no. When I asked why, I was told that the decision they have made is correct. When I then asked how it is correct I can't remember everything word for word the conversation took me so much by surprise but I can only say that Brad 100% belongs as a manager for PayPal because he is THE RUDEST customer service represenative I have ever encountered. I was just sat here in shock on the phone to him. And when I said to him about how rude he was you could hear not only how little he cared but how annoyed he was with this being pointed out to him. I'm now conserdering where to go with my complaint about Brad because let's face it, PayPal as a company really don't give a monkeys about us, their customers, so why are they going to care about how their managers talk to us. It will just be me getting more and more annoyed knowing I'm never getting anywhere. But today I will be going to the ombudsman to claim for everything I possibly can out of PayPal. It will mean absolutely nothing to them whatsoever and the nominal figures involved wont even register with them. But I will forever tell my story to everyone I ever speak to that has PayPal so that they can decide whether they want to continue using them. I have already had family members, friends and work colleagues stop their accounts so I will continue to warn as many people as I possibly can so that I can protect them against the company that actually charges them to do so.

Looks like par for the course. I have taken my complaint to the Financial Ombudsman. Clearly PayPal don’t care! It’s an easy process, the more that do take action the greater the chance of being heard. For me it’s not about the money, but the principle.
