Like many on this forum. I have endeavoured to get a refund from PayPal who refuse to credit my payment based on spurious tracking details from Jinzhou Network Technology and their fictitious customer service agents! (I am unable to reveal name according to PayPal ) Despite the many posts about this company PayPal refuse to abide by their refund policy preferring to accept fictitious tracking notices and the fact that the customer services stated that the goods had been returned to them and would be redelivered.
