Clearly a Chinese based company that's laughing all the way to the bank, especially with "brother PayPal facilitating" their fairly complex efforts to relieve us of our cash.

"A FOOL AND HIS MONEY ARE SOON PARTED."  I'M NOW LIKELY ONE OF THEM. THESE COMPANIES WITH SEVERAL DIFFERENT "SELLER AND BILLER" NAMES ARE HARD TO TRACK, but shame on PayPal!

Guys! I have just received a full refund. This is after I posted on Twitter, copying in Dan Schulman page after page after page of your comments. I was happy to share all 22 pages. After 4 a refund has just appeared in my bank! 🎉

Yet again seems two more victims and paypal not honouring their refund policy because they trust the dodgy tracking information they are given!! It's disgusting and I'm not going to give in so easily. I've contacted the police and a solicitor company that specialise in these claims!!

Absolutely scamming <removed>!!! I really don’t understand why PayPal are not banning them from requesting money from PayPal clients. They said the item was delivered and signed for by myself or a proxy!!! Really? I am not in the habit of lying or cheating. PayPal are not wanting to know nor my Goldcard bank account either. I feel totally cheated by a dishonest company (oh, jinzhou is only one of their many names)

DECLINING CUSTOMER'S DISPUTES LEFT AND RIGHT YET CONTINUES DOING BUSINESS WITH A FRADULENT COMPANY.  JINZHOU NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED. PROVIDES A TRACKING NUMBER BUT NOTHING GETS DELIVERED.  IN MY SPECIFIC CASE THE PACKAGE (PROBABLY FILLED WITH MYSTERIOUS SEEDS) WAS "DELIVERED" TO AN INCORRECT ZIP CODE AND MOST PROBABLE THE WRONG ADDRESS.  I FILED A DISPUTE WITH PAYPAL AND THEY DECLINED MY CLAIM.  I TRY USING PAYPAL EVERY TIME I BUY ANYTHING ON LINE BECAUSE I FELT VERY SECURE AND CERTAIN THAT THEY WOULD HELP ME "THEIR CUSTOMER"  IF ANYTHING EVER WENT WRONG.   VERY UNHAPPY SOON TO BE EX PAYPAL CUSTOMER.

PayPal is certainly getting commission from the frauds committed by this company and that is the reason they continue to facilitate this company defraud unsuspecting customers. The same tactics. Issue buyer with a fraudulent shipping code that belongs to someone else. When you complain that item not delivered, PayPal will assist them by tracking the shipping code and closing your claim on the grounds that the code say item delivered. But delivered to which address, PayPal not interested

Don't get discouraged! GET AN IMAGE OF YOUR PROOF FROM THE POST OFFICE & TAKER A SCREENSHOT OF THE FALSE TRACKING NUMBER NOTIFICATION FROM THOSE IDIOTS, THEN CALL PAYPAL, DIRECT, IN YOUR COUNTRY, UNTIL THEY LISTEN..LIKE I DID, THINK OF ALL THE UNFORTUNATE BUYERS WHO HAVE BEEN TAKEN IN LIKE US, BUT WHO DON'T HAVE A VOICE/CAN'T DO WHAT WE CAN & LET THAT GIVE YOU THE STRENGTH TO KEEP CALLING PAYPAL, UNTIL THEY LISTEN..DONT GIVE UP..I DIDN'T & LIKE SOME OTHERS ON HERE, GOT MY REFUND. I orderd from these, different name on facebook 2 crimping tools and the crimp ends, recieved the bonus crimp ends but no crimp tools, but they can now say they have delivered. not buying anything again from facebook ads, and will always consider other options to paypal unless this is sorted out!

 Oredered a similar item from Amazon, cost less and same day delivery.

 I spent over £5000 through Pay Pal last week so It will be there loss if they support this seller over a £38 rip off.

Big shame on PayPal as they have this company and I am confident that there are many other companies do the same and using Paypal as a platform. This is a real scam and Paypal is a real partner with these companies as Paypal won't remove them from its partnership. When I decided to buy from this FAKE Chinese company, I had the impression that their business is legitimate. But it returns to me that Paypal does not really care about the customers. It cares about the buiness. Shame on FAKE COMPANIES and shame on Paypal.

I have been scammed by this company. I am in Ireland and my postal services followed up on the tracking number I was given by the Chinese site and found that the company sends out the same tracking number to more than one person in the same area just to prove to paypal that the package was delivered. I opened a case with paypal but they resolved it because the company proved that it had delivered it...they did make a delivery but not to me!!! Very unhappy with paypal
