Clearly a Chinese based company that's laughing all the way to the bank, especially with "brother PayPal facilitating" their fairly complex efforts to relieve us of our cash.
"A FOOL AND HIS MONEY ARE SOON PARTED." I'M NOW LIKELY ONE OF THEM. THESE COMPANIES WITH SEVERAL DIFFERENT "SELLER AND BILLER" NAMES ARE HARD TO TRACK, but shame on PayPal!
This company is operating a sophisticated scam to defraud customers and make it difficult to track and trace. I have now contacted the BBC consumer programme Watchdog and have requested they investigate the retail company and PayPal for failing to protect their customers and act to prohibit this fake retailer.
This is what we need more of... LET THE PUBLIC KNOW, IN ANY WAY YOU CAN. ONLY THAT WILL EXPOSE ALL FACILITATORS (AND THE SCAMMER) FOR ALL TO SEE.. THE SCAMMER RELIES ON PARTNERS, TO BE ABLE TO COMMIT THIS LUCRATIVE CRIME. OTHERS ARE: PAYPAL YOUR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION (CREDIT CARD) POSTAL SERVICE (they need a fake tracking number to complete the appearance of respectability) Don't give up!
Raised conflict resolution via PayPal customer service and received refund within the hour. However the issue had to be raised via phone as web wouldn’t accept the claim for non delivery.
From Australia, I've yet to see a Paypal phone contact number to even hold a conversation with a real human..if it's not too much trouble, WHERE CAN I FIND THAT?
