Clearly a Chinese based company that's laughing all the way to the bank, especially with "brother PayPal facilitating" their fairly complex efforts to relieve us of our cash.

"A FOOL AND HIS MONEY ARE SOON PARTED."  I'M NOW LIKELY ONE OF THEM. THESE COMPANIES WITH SEVERAL DIFFERENT "SELLER AND BILLER" NAMES ARE HARD TO TRACK, but shame on PayPal!

I wish I could find a customer service number.  They block it or remove it from your post, so we can not see it.  If I search on the website, they do not give me a number.  Only am able to go to messaging center which takes at least 24 hours to responds.

Why is this thread labeled solved when it obviously is still an active scam with no refund from paypal. PayPal making decisions based on false tracking # .

That was precisely MY question weeks ago..I now think it takes the issue from the limelight, into obscurity, where they just let people rant until they tire of out, but maybe no one sees, or responds to those..However, I'm not prone to giving up, so I've gathered information, ready to provide to a list of notable recipients..Government departments and local members need to respond to companies defrauding the community! Of course I still demand my $61.42 AUS, but it's the many unaware and often vulnerable buyers who will suffer until this behaviour is STOPPED! In your own country, search Govt consumer fraud reporting and let them know, people! ITS NOT ENOUGH FOR THEM TO ALLOW BLAND, BADGE EARNING ADVICE AFTER THE FACT! THAT WON'T STOP THE CRIME WHICH HAS ALREADY HAPPENED, PAYPAL! Help yourself & others to rid online buyers of these vultures & their facilitators..The more people complaining, means sooner that there will be help.

Yes why labelled solved. I have been told to get royal mail to prove they didnt deliver my parcel. Royal mail agent even responding. PAYPAL IS IN BED WITH CRIMINALS

If only PayPal could qualify these companies and then actually guarantee our funds are safe instead of protecting these fraudulent sellers.

Also previously named ADONIS NETWORK TECNOLOGY co.ltd ? I’m awaiting dresses paid 1st June gave me a order no Then asked for my address I have also been told they are in transit. I am being asked to confirm my order no and address but in transit! Contacted my bank they said to contact PayPal.

Call customer service<removed> that is all. I was scammed twice by this company and was able to get refunds on both after speaking to a customer service human.

There is no phone number for paypal and no phone number for this company that we ordered from.  Well, the company has changed names 3 times since I ordered from them.  I did not order from Jinzhou.  I ordered from Lovekeys which was supposed to be a company in California.

customer service for who?  We can not get any phone numbers for paypal or the company above.  So, no way to get a refund.  They even blocked the number if you put it in your post.  Can't tell because it blocks what you put there.

JINZHOU NETWORK TECHNOLOGY this Company steal my money I never received a purchase confirmation and I never received the product. I notified Paypal immediately 5 mn after my purchase to cancel the payment but Paypal didn't answer 10 days later they said, the transaction was real and they closed the case. Very bad for this Company almost 180 people scammed and Paypal still do nothing for customer and protect this kind of scammers Companies.
