Is this a scam?

A potential customer transferred me $200. Then I received an email from supposedly PayPal. The following is the fishy email i found in my spam:

Image moderation happens pretty swiftly, but an image that does not show up is likely to have been reviewed and declined by moderators due to sensitive information being displayed, or any other information that does not comply with the Community Guidelines. 

Please feel free to post a new image where all sensitive information is removed completely, including any names, phone numbers, email addresses, addresses, financial numbers, or identity indicators of any kind.
