After reading all the complaints people have made regarding this company since you posted this, I’m shocked PayPal hasn’t dropped this company from using their services. The amount of PayPal customers that have been scammed by them is staggering. It has caused me to lose faith in PayPal. I hope they will representing the consumer instead of the seller.

Yes.  Don't touch them.  Purchased item for Christmas gift, cancelled mid Jan when it hadn't showed up.  Received confirmation  same day that they received my cancellation but then they tried to offer me a voucher for 50% of the value of the item as a refund - even though they never delivered.   I invoked consumer laws and demanded my refund for another 3 weeks - got round after round of "dumb response emails".   Blatant stalling tactics clearly,      then out of the blue,   I got this suddenly VERY lucid response from them to say - sorry - because the item has been shipped - we can no longer cancel your order.  yes the product arrived eve though I had cancelled the order over a month ago, and no - the product does not work.    But now I have to get the product "back to them"...... 🙄

I'm rolling my eyes because the package came from a suburb in my home town in Australia (25 km away) (very cheap to return), but they are insisting I "return" it  to USA for a 30 day refund in unused condition etc etc..    It's like a bad dream that won't end.  I know that once it is posted I'll still be fighting for my refund.    It's exhausting.   And I'm embarrassed I believed the reviews (which clearly they wrote) and didn't see it coming.

Don't be so hard on yourself! I and many others were also persuaded to buy their junk. Besides posting here, how else can we warn others before they make the same mistake?

I know how you feel.. it’s awful being scammed. I returned the products at my own expense - they received it and I never got a refund - so out of pocket and product(not that it worked anyway). The reviews were all fake 😞 I too received all the stalling emails - this company should not be allowed to operate here in Australia. Posting here seems too late to alert others ..? So sorry this happened to you too.

If you purchased through PayPal have them fight it. PayPal did refund my $. I guess it's a live and learn situation. I did learn to check the dates reviews are given and if they are posted around the same day on many sites it's a big red flag! Good luck to every one.

I’ve just ordered an aircon cooler that goes around your neck plus a 3 year guarantee from these people totalling £54.94 …… but have received no receipt/email anything with and order number or proof that I’ve bought it… just the payments on my PayPal account! I then went to try to find their company online and saw all the bad reports about them. I’m obviously not going to get anything am I when I’ve not received even a receipt or anything from them….. what should I do ???
