Hello!
I'm not sure what to do, I received an invoice for a Crunchyroll subscription that I never asked for because I haven't been on that website in forever! I checked my account (on Crunchyroll) and went to my history and yeah I haven't used nor paid for any subscription since like 2016. I tried to send a report to the resolution centre but for some reason it won't let me report it?
Do I HAVE to pay it and then report it?
I've searched everywhere for answers but all I can find is people saying not to pay for it because it's a scam but then offer no solution to this.. 😕
