I have a problem with my account being suspended!

Our paypal account, which we have been using for about a month, was closed for no reason. They sent us a message saying "We noticed activity on your account that is not consistent with our User Agreement and we are no longer providing PayPal services to you." but they didn't say exactly why it was closed. I've been trying to reach their customer representatives through the message service since yesterday, but there is no answer. This is a ridiculous situation. I would like Paypal officials to provide me with detailed information about why my account was closed and I am waiting for their help on how we can solve this problem. I cannot understand that a service that is one of the most common payment services is so irresponsible.Capture.PNG

Additional information beyond what would has been provided to you in a notification and/or email would not be available due also to security concerns and due to such information being proprietary....in other words they do not give you an exact reason, they just direct you to the user agreement or acceptable use policy. I guess having a reason wouldn't make any difference if they have permanently banned you.

What should we do to solve this problem? Wouldn't it solve the problem if we submit the invoices issued by our company and the declarations of the taxes we have paid?

Permanent limitations normally can't be appealed but no harm trying to contact customer services to appeal?

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

Thank you for your response. I have been able to contact them for now and I will update here. This is ridiculous what paypal is doing.
