I can't accept a refund offer.

My refund request got accepted but the case closed immediately before I could accept the refund and now I can't do anything to get my money back.

Please review the last email you received regarding the dispute for more information. If the seller issued you a refund through an opened claim, you should be able to see it in your account history. There’s no need for you to accept the refund. If you need additional assistance, feel free to contact us.
