I saw 3 transactions from my bank account that PayPal withdrawal took place, but I didn't authorize it. I attempted to contact Paypal, but no one there I can talk to. Any suggestions?
Go to legal bottom right of this page > select your country from the drop down box > user agreement > unauthorised section > there is a phone number on there you can use.
