I have been locked out of my account because I sent two payment to a friend. The next morning I woke up and it said that I filed two disputes. I hadn’t even been on my phone, but now they are asking for my id and my card that I don’t even have anymore and has been replaced by the bank (bank replacements come with new number). Now what do I do cuz this is very confusing and I use this account to receive my customer transactions. Please help. It’s been 3 weeks

Hi @LosingLucid

Sorry to hear of the confusion.

It sounds like we're requesting documentation to confirm you're the owner of the card. I recommend reaching out to your card issuer to request a statement for that specific card. Banks are required to keep information like this on file, so shouldn't have any issues providing it to you.

I hope this information helps!

Thanks,
