How do I lift address block?

I have uploaded proof of address to lift a payment block but it still won't work. How long does it take to update?

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

Thanks for the reply.

The Resolution Centre and the automated help (which seem to be more-or-less the same thing) just keep going round in infuriating circles. It seems to be impossible to get to a human. You'd think, with the profit PayPal makes, they could afford to employ a few people.

I'm now trying the FaceBook method.

If that fails, I'm literally closing my account because I have had endless issues with PayPal over the years and they seem to get worse not better.

I'll upvote your answer later if I get anywhere.
