Hello it's me again. My account is currently permanently limited. I tried to change it my name but actually i retype my name and submit a proof of valid ID hoping it will lift up or remove the limitations of my account even tho it's already says it's permanently limited. I just tried it maybe there's still a hope if there's is really nothing, i hope agent will help me at least to delete or close this account. 

Btw is it really possible? I hope so. Would they received my submit request to change my name but i really didn't change it i just retype it and upload valid ID. SOMEONE HELP ME,GIVE ME AN ANSWER. I CAN'T USE RN MY MESSAGE CENTER DUE TO LIMITATIONS. ANYWAY BEFORE THIS IS MY QUESTION/CONCERN

I'm looking for customer support agent that will help me to my problem regarding to my account

My account was permanently limited due to i tried to change it's name using my father's name. But i swear to god i only did that to connect it to my gcash account. I mean NO HARM

Now, first i want to change its email address but it won't work

Second, i tried to message in customer support in my account but it also won't work

Third, i can't wait any longer to wait after 6 months for the instructions how to transfer my remaining funds in other accounts. So, i just want to DELETE/CLOSE my account. It's useless now to me. I can't use it due to permanently limited, i can't change it email address, I can't transfer money to other paypal account, I can't receive money, I can't use it to reach for customer support agent

But i tried to close it, still it failed. Now, if there's no really way to remove the permanently limited or the restriction of my account i WISH, I DEMAND, I REQUEST, I WANT, I KINDLY HUMBLY ASKING TO CLOSE IT FOR ME

Sadly you can't close a permanently limited account. Paypal limits it to stop you removing anything from it.
They don't want you to be able to use anything linked to it to try and open another Paypal account.

Secondly you can only change a name if there is a 2 character error OR for legal reasons and you certainly can't change a name from one person to another !!

You won't be able to change anything on the account if you have a permanent ban. Any funds are held for 180 days in case of a buyer dispute.

After that as long as the account is in your LEGAL name, registered in your country and the funds have not been confiscated because of a violation of Paypals acceptable use policy then normally you would be given the option to withdraw the funds.
