Hi, Thanks for the reply. The Resolution Centre and the automated help (which seem to be more-or-less the same thing) just keep going round in infuriating circles. It seems to be impossible to get to a human. You'd think, with the profit PayPal makes, they could afford to employ a few people. I'm now trying the FaceBook method. If that fails, I'm literally closing my account because I have had endless issues with PayPal over the years and they seem to get worse not better. I'll upvote your answer later if I get anywhere.
