I have someone who's bought a few things off me (digital so I can't get back) and they've used several different temporary emails all with the same IP. I'm genuinely afraid they're going to attempt chargebacks and I do not know how to prevent this or prevent him from purchasing more with the intent to charge back..
please help me

Hi, @Aarone1. I understand how you want to better protect yourself from individuals who don't seem to be what they say they are. Here are a couple of suggestions.
You may be able to block other users from sending you payments or contacting you via your PayPal account. Please check out https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/article/faq4475 for more information on that.
Another options is to refund immediately any payment you receive that you suspect may be subject to a chargeback or other problem later on. To see information on refunds, please go to https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/article/faq780.
I hope this is helpful. Thanks for being a part of the PayPal Community!
Sincerely,
Michael
