Hi all,
My girlfriend purchased some shoes on Depop via Paypal, but they never arrived and the tracking number provided was basically all wrong, 12.4kgs for a pair of shoes and signed for with no address.
She opened a dispute against the seller yesterday and her account has now been limited, as if she's done something wrong.
Is this just standard for Paypal or does something seem off? Shoes were worth £190 so obviously don't want the person to just get away with it.
