Hi Hzenrock,
Greetings for the day!
It looks like you are unable to contact the seller from the seller's site. I recommend you to file a dispute, you can open a dispute within 180 days of the payment date. Here’s how:
- Go to your Resolution Center and click Report a Problem.
- Select the payment and click Continue.
- Select the reason for your dispute, such as:
- I didn’t receive the item I purchased
- The product or service is not as described
- I have a billing issue
Please be inform the Resolution Center is only accessible on a web browser, not on the PayPal app.
You can’t open a dispute for payments sent as “Family and Friends.” You can send a personal payment to reimburse a friend for dinner or to collect money for a gift etc. The Purchase Protection program doesn’t apply to personal payments.
regards,
Dileepan.
