Ive been charged for non payment but have already set up a bank account for direct debit but it didnt work. Who do I speak to pls?

The bank Ive set up doesnt appear on my PayPal bank list but when I try to add it, its says its already there. TiA

Are you talking about a direct debit for paypal credit repayments? If so then the phone number for paypal credit is on this link so why not call them?

Secondly did you confirm the bank account after adding it again as per link?
