Help,need my refund

I have called this seller 3 times,no answer,i have emailed 3 times no reply.I posted the item back to the return address on parcel,tracked and signed for.Royal Mail have tried to deliver,guess what nobody home.I want my money back,also thought Paypal would help me.

Went to the dispute window,but none of the options help with my problem..

Paypal gives you buyer protection for non receipt of item OR item received but not as described.

So if the item was ok but you just did not want it then that would be between you and the seller to sort out.

But if it was mis-described then file the appropriate dispute?
