Help me ive been scammed and i dont know what to do?

Was trying to purchase a golden eagle gbb m4 in the uk airsoft market - He approached me I gave him offer of £170 to ship to the uk including shipping, he took it. Has had nothing but issues everything from having me send the payment in split to several different accounts saying each one has had issues, then sending me a refund screen shot for a £20 because his last account was having issues so that i would send it to a different one. Screenshot looks ridiculously fake. Paypal wont let me open another dispute because i put in the wrong request before and accidentally called it fraudulent activity as in someone else using my account to make purchases. What should i do?

This is a HUGE red flag for me.

Contact customer service and ask to change the reason of your claim, as you mistakenly filed it incorrectly.
