I understand that you received an email advising your account is limited and needs to be upgraded, and there are potential fees involved. I'm sorry for the concern this has caused; I know I would feel the same way. Unfortunately, we're starting to see this situation more often, and it is a scam. Neither you nor the buyer would have to pay to upgrade an account or remove a limitation. You can learn more about common scams on our Help Center here: What are common scams and how do I spot them?
