One of my customer send me money $85.00 and he said that my account limitations are not upgraded and he said that he upgraded my account limitations by paying $50.00 he said that totally he paid $135.00 and he told me to return back his $50.00 and I received a mail in a spam folder that $85.00 are credited from my customer and $50.00 for my account limitations upgrade and totally $135.00 and that amount is stopped and if I pay $50.00 with my own money then only $135.00 will be added to my account.

Hello @ShaikEliyas

Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum! I can understand receiving money through PayPal can be a bit confusing. In short, no, you do not need to send someone any amount of money to receive funds through PayPal. What you've described is not a legitimate situation. If you had a limitation on your account, you would find them in your Resolution Center. Here are a couple Help Center articles you may find useful:

How do I spot a fake, fraudulent, or phishing PayPal email or website?

How do I receive payments through PayPal in India?

Best wishes on this and future transactions through PayPal,
