Hacked!

My account got hacked this morning and charges were made, I can't login using my email anymore.
I have tried to call the help center at:[Removed. Phone #s not permitted] but there was not an option to help me clear up the issue.
If I try to use the website I need to log in before I can send any message!
 
Please help me restore my account.
 
Also, how can someone access my account with 2 step varication (my phone never left my sight)?

Oh my gosh that's awful! I hate to hear that so bad. What kind of two factor did you have set up, like a text code or an authenticator app? So you have access to your email account but it's like they changed it to where its not associated anymore? I hope it doesn't seem nosy, I just wanted to try to help. I'm in a pickle myself(not hacked though) so I'm watching the forum closely for similar issues.
