HELP : I wanna downgrade my paypal business account to personal one, but my account is limited

My paypal account is limited because i have to prove that i own a business by providing the required documents, but i no longer own a business,the support said in order to downgrade your paypal business account to a personal account i need to remove the limitations first but yet again i don't own a business anymore since i shut it down, which makes it really hard for me to downgrade my business account to a personal account, please remove this limitation so i can switch to a personal paypal account.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
