Hey, I have a problem with my email account. Last week, I had these malicious transactions which I reported to Paypal. And yesterday, I have received several chargebacks - which resulted to a negative fund on my account. How could this happen? I was the one who reported a malicious transaction with my account, and yet I was the one getting deducted? How can Paypal allow this? And how can I resolve this?

Hi @raki4,
Welcome to the community and thank you for your post!
I am sorry to hear what has happened. I know this must be concerning. It sounds like when your account was compromised, transactions were received and sent that were not authorized by you. The payments you received, mostly likely were also unauthorized on the senders account too.
The best thing to do would be to contact our Customer Support directly. We can then complete a full review.

I hope you get this sorted!
